To quickly get accounts created, please provide the following information about your new hire to the Advancement Help Desk ticketing system, https://services.advancement.virginia.edu/support/tickets/new:
- Full name
- Job title
- Department
- Business address
- Computing ID
- Email
- Telephone number
- Supervisor name
- Start date
Also, let us know which applications they will need to access for their role.

Your new team member must sign the University Advancement Staff Non-Disclosure Agreement, https://hub.advancement.virginia.edu/form/nda and complete the High Security Awareness Training module in UVA Workday or Information Technology Security Awareness Training module outside of UVA Workday before they can access the Advancement Hub or any of the other applications used in the Advancement Community. They should also have Cisco AnyConnect installed on their computer and Duo Push installed on a separate mobile device.
